We want you to love your LomanRay Active gear! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Contact Us First:
Please email us: info@lomanrayactive.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Return Authorization:
If your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Securely package the item(s) using the provided label and ship it back to us.
Returns Due to Change of Mind/Sizing:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The fee for the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund amount
Returns Due to Our Error (Wrong Item, Defective, Damaged):
If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will cover the full cost of return shipping via a prepaid label and provide a full refund or replacement upon inspection. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 3-5 days) if there's an issue.
Items showing any signs of wear, use, or damage after receipt.
Items purchased as "Final Sale" (these will be clearly marked on the product page).
Items returned without authorization or after 30 days from the delivery date.
Items returned to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
For size or color exchanges, we recommend:
Initiate a return for the unwanted item(s) as described above to receive a refund.
Place a new order for the desired item(s). This is the fastest way to ensure availability.
(Optional but helpful: If stock allows, we may facilitate a direct exchange. Please indicate this preference when contacting us.)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection approval.
Please note: It may take additional time (typically 5-10 business days) for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on their processing times.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind/sizing.
Deduction for Return Label: If a prepaid label was provided for a non-faulty return, its cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 3-5 days at “ info@lomanrayactive.com" if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will promptly evaluate and resolve the situation, covering all associated return shipping costs.
Gifts may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Please include the original order number with your return.
