Shipping policy

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Orders over $99.00: Free Shipping; 
Orders under $99.00: Shipping Cost $10.

Our delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 
Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 2 business days after the order is placed.

We currently do NOT ship to the following places:

Afghanistan, Burundi, Bonaire, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guadeloupe, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Libya, Mali, Martinique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Northern Marianas Islands, Oaxaca Region of Mexico, Pakistan, Réunion, Somalia, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Sudan, Gauteng Province of South Africa, Syria, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Customs & Import Duties (VAT):

In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs and/or duty fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot determine the charges since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. 

The product prices and shipping costs displayed at checkout do not include any additional Import duties, taxes, or fees that your country or region may require.

Please keep in mind that in most cases, no duties will be charged; however, if duties are assessed, you will be responsible for paying any unpaid charges.
